This is a painting about the light. It's early fall and the sun is setting. We were visiting a friend who has a house. It's the same place that the country fair was (see below)

- I've always made art since I can remember. Had my first show in the local library at 12. Over the years I illustrated some books, sold some work, and had some shows, but it wasn't until I retired that I went to school and got a Master of Fine Arts. The other students knew I was older than they were, but not really how much.
